就目前的情況而言，市面上的點膠機分為三大類，分別為1.普通型點膠機2.自動型點膠機3.雙Y軸點膠機。這三類點膠機的款式用途各有不同，如普通型點膠機又分為控制器式點膠機和桌面型點膠機。
