全自動(dòng)視覺(jué)點(diǎn)膠機(jī)
首先要關(guān)閉點(diǎn)膠機(jī)，如果有冷卻套，要將它卸下來(lái)。然后再將氣壓頭、膠管撤下。膠管卸下來(lái)后，點(diǎn)膠閥接頭底部必然有空腔，可以用舊膠管來(lái)填充空腔。這時(shí)要看看轉(zhuǎn)接頭有沒(méi)有氣泡，如果有氣泡，則重新用新的膠管去填充。當(dāng)氣泡不存在了，就可以加入膠水并將氣壓頭、冷卻套重新按上，隨后重啟點(diǎn)膠機(jī)設(shè)備檢測(cè)能否正常運(yùn)作。

After the hose is removed, there must be a cavity at the bottom of the dispensing valve joint, and the old hose can be used to fill the cavity. At this time, look at the adapter for air bubbles. If there are air bubbles, refill with a new hose. When the bubble does not exist, you can add glue and press the air head and cooling jacket again, then restart the dispenser to check whether it works properly.
當(dāng)點(diǎn)膠機(jī)在工作時(shí)，膠管材料卻用完了，這樣很容易讓點(diǎn)膠閥產(chǎn)生空氣。而且如果點(diǎn)膠機(jī)膠管內(nèi)的膠體過(guò)了使用時(shí)間，那必須要將點(diǎn)膠閥跟點(diǎn)膠泵拆下來(lái)徹底清洗，然后在重新使用。
