柏銳在09年的時(shí)候研發(fā)硅膠、PVC塑膠機(jī)，并于2011年推出具有“人眼”識(shí)別功能的CCD視覺點(diǎn)膠機(jī)器人，隔年又研發(fā)出麻將骰子點(diǎn)漆機(jī)器人及五金飾品點(diǎn)鉆機(jī)器人。至今柏銳已經(jīng)擁有20多個(gè)發(fā)明專利，在點(diǎn)膠行業(yè)的路上，越走越遠(yuǎn)。
In 2009, Bai Rui developed silica gel and PVC plastic machines. In 2011, he launched a CCD visual dispensing robot with “human eye” recognition function. In the following year, he developed a mahjong dice paint robot and a hardware point drill robot. Up to now, Bai Rui has more than 20 invention patents, and it has gone further and further on the road of the dispensing industry.
我們采用的機(jī)械零件，都采用進(jìn)口模式，質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定可靠。機(jī)器的馬達(dá)來自日本富士，而且噴射閥調(diào)壓閥從“工業(yè)大國(guó)”德國(guó)及美國(guó)進(jìn)口，我們的設(shè)備可以把精度調(diào)至±0.003mm。柏銳視覺點(diǎn)膠機(jī)具備高精度、高智能的特點(diǎn)，幾乎適用于所有需要點(diǎn)膠的產(chǎn)品，一臺(tái)機(jī)可以頂7~8個(gè)人工，大大降低工廠的人工成本。
The mechanical parts we use are all imported and the quality is stable and reliable. The machine's motor is from Fuji, Japan, and the injection valve regulator is imported from Germany and the United States, and our equipment can adjust the accuracy to ±0.003mm. With the high precision and high intelligence, Bairui Visual Dispenser is suitable for all products that need to be dispensed.
